The reality is you need a pair of eyes looking out for traffic & pedestrians 
at all time, as they don’t always heed lights, stop/go barriers etc.. "I 
always walk down here"!
So if you only have one groundsman who's looking up & assisting the climber, 
even with the best TM, there's potential for a mishap.

Hi Ian,
Would depend on the size of the trees & the TM up to a point maybe, but in 
any case we always have a minimum of  2 groundsmen per climber for Highway or 
street tree work.
