Well Jim

I'm curious about the financial arrangements in place for maintenance of the 
street trees and other GI at a site called King's Hill. I heard that the 
developer took out collective house insurance for all the householders and 
are using the benefits of scale savings to fund grounds maintenance (or 
something like that).
