Hi Edmund,
I am unaware of any such arrangements.  I know of the area but I don't get 
involved with tree maintenance other than advisory work or if something goes 
wrong.  I think you'll find that Kings Hill is in Tonbridge and Malling BC,

Well Jim

I'm curious about the financial arrangements in place for maintenance of the 
street trees and other GI at a site called King's Hill. I heard that the 
developer took out collective house insurance for all the householders and 
are using the benefits of scale savings to fund grounds maintenance (or 
something like that).
