Wealthy Solicitor v wealthy property company? You'd hope they both could
lose..... Although having seen the Telegraph's photo I'm inclined to take
the Solicitor's side. (No I haven't read all the other stuff further than
to note that the two Arbs both pop up on here regularly. I'm not expecting
them to comment, client confidentiality and all....)

You do wonder what sort of legal case might develop if the aggrieved party
had simply gone and removed the tree? It's hard to see any prosecution
getting quite so expensive. it's hard to imagine the tree owner noticing
the tree's absence for quite a while; the owner apparently being an
absentee landlord.

Bill.

be warned Bundle A alone is 360 pages long.....and one of the other
documents is equally large..........luckily there's a lawyer
involved......well there seem to be several of them!
