Hi Gareth congrats - theres no Betula pendula recorded for Staffordshire - 
the closest match is a fastigiate form measured at 15mts at Queens park,

Just measured a Birch (pendula) @ 84cm/2.65m and 22m tall. Located in 
Staffordshire. Potential County champion I should think.

Anyone got access to TROBI to check. I haven't got access to the full 
database as not a member.
