Good morning everyone,

Following an email discussion with a colleague on the North Island regarding 
the various tree risk assessment/identification/per chanced upon systems 
currently available I received this......

I think now we are just going to rate risk with smiley faces and sad faces.
Russian roulette comes out at three sad faces

As a companion piece to my recent Likelihood of Failure article, I was asked 
to review the current approaches to assessing tree risk and propose how we
