Storm in a tea cup in my old stamping ground. Doubt seriously that my
successor will TPO that tree, but you never know.

Sounds like a case of arb constraints not being fully considered at the
design stage, yet again, then again maybe not.

Maybe it's a case of Ian Lucas opening his mouth before engaging the brain!
