risk and new development

Subject: risk and new development

Whilst I appreciate BS5837, on a new development risk is one of biggest
killer of trees.

New resident moves in- quickly followed by TPO application to remove because,
tree is going to potentially kill- dog, rabbit, children, parents, and
damage the new greenhouse put under the tree.

So whilst I'm still getting in 5837 surveys I'm thinking of adding in a risk
assessment clause.

Has anyone done this?
