Wayne's posted the streetview link Jim, it looks like a nice well-tree'd
landscape. Notwithstanding any specific "special factors" that we can't
see, the tree's got low amenity value. Therefore not worth expending
(presumably limited) resources on this particular tree. And remedial work
would not be likely to lead to a lot of "quality adjusted life years."
