Thanks for the link Phillip;
Still a fair number down here & in Cornwall.  A few criticisms of the pdf - 
they don’t mention the characteristic shepherds crook that affected shoots 
form;  and the illustrations/descriptions don’t mention whether the upper 
surface of the leaves (on shoots from the mature canopy NOT basal sprouts 
which are always hairy) is harshly hairy, glabrous, or in between - a useful 
indentifier Atb Rupert
