I would have thought the leaf's would get blown off by the wind, certainly
the case here in the south,
Biggest problem with leaf's is blocking drains as we found on hangers at RAF
stations that had trees around them.

Is it me or is there a philosophical contradiction in using a leaf blower on
a green roof?

Even the battery ones have a serious environmental footprint, although it was
good to see the Hong Kong protesters using them to blow tear gas back at the
riot police.
