I should think in NHBC terms it would be low and they don't become

Subject: Water Demand of Photinia
All,
Has anyone got an idea of the water demand for Photina is it High ,
medium or low ?, an acquaintance of someone I know built a structure without
PP and now has to go for retrospective and the building inspector has been
asking questions as the building is within a couple of m of next doors
shrubs and a Birch as it is apparently on clay there may be a problem.
