You woz robbed, but you’ll be pleased to hear that a second hand copy of
that book still requires an arm and a leg, namely around £150.

 

On the other hand, with the help of Mr Google, a little bit of searching
with the title yields a pdf copy. Not that I would want to download such a
thing. No passwords, no credit card details required. But a fully searchable
411 pages does sound a bit tempting…..
