Check for leaking pipes?
Is the movement cyclical?

Dear Collective

I have not been to the site yet, but the scenario seems a strange one to me.

There is some minor damage to a property and it is on clay soil.

The trees are on the towpath with the river closer, on the other side of
the tree than the building.

Has anyone had any experience with similar sites?
Is vegetation related damage still possible.
It would just seem easier to abstract water from the river, and I would
assume that the water table is influenced by the river.

It is a fairly recent build.
