It is breaking news Tom, dated yesterday. And Bianca posted the link last
night at 25 past 9. Her devotion to her calling is admirable.... I really
am in awe of her and her colleagues and predecessors. Derek Patch, Joan
Webber, whenever they've turned up at conference to lecture us they've been
great. A Government agency that seems extremely capable, and not at all
profligate: David Rose turned up at a meeting once; drove himself in a
Vauhall Corsa van. Other Government departments would probably have had a
chauffeur and a Bentley for someone of his standing....
