That neighbourhood's well-known for tree disputes Wayne. Most expensive
properties in the UK I believe. Only one mention of "amenity" in the
article. Looks like a tree in a position that many people would have found
oppressive. I'm not particularly familiar with the species (Pinus radiata)
but we planted some alongside our drive, after an elderly friend coaxed the
seed out of some cones in his oven. Out of the dozen or so transplants we
planted and then became reasonably established, only a couple survive now.
I don't know how well they thrive down on the south coast.
