Hello all,

A friend of mine has been having similar problems to me - in response to a
recent application he submitted as an agent he got a letter from Kirklees
which said this,

"*On the basis that the applicant does not live at or near the properties
on xxxx Close and in the absence of clear evidence to show that they have a
material interest as the occupier or land owner affected by the trees
listed in the application, the Council will not be validating this
application.*"

He going to appeal it, and he'll let us know the result - which will be
well over a year under the 'fast track' route.
