Care <uktc@xxxxxx.tree-care.info> Subject: Kirklees council confirms that
not anyone can apply for work under a TPO Hello all,A friend of mine has
been having similar problems to me - in response to arecent application he
submitted as an agent he got a letter from Kirkleeswhich said this,"*On the
basis that the applicant does not live at or near the propertieson xxxx
Close and in the absence of clear evidence to show that they have amaterial
interest as the occupier or land owner affected by the treeslisted in the
application, the Council will not be validating thisapplication.*"He going
to appeal it, and he'll let us know the result - which will bewell over a
year under the 'fast track' route.Cheers,John-- The UK Tree Care mailing
